Sexual Abuse

Some parents will exploit their children for their own benefit.  Such as forcing them to be strippers or prostitutes.

Sexual  abuse has also been known to take place in daycare centers.

Many grade schools are now routinely training young children to resist and report inappropriate advances of adults.

Other Forms of Abuse

Two of the surest predictors of a child likely to commit a crime are a                                          child who has previously committed a crime and a child who has been                                          victimized by child abuse or neglect.

Parental encouragement of delinquency is a problem sometimes                                                 encountered by juveniles who come from families already engaged in                                            criminal activities.

Prostitutes, for example, sometimes encourage their daughters to                                                 learn their work.

Children who had been abused or neglected were more likely to be                                              arrested as juveniles, as adults, and for a violent crime.
